About Me

Research-driven cultural practice.

Fatmasu Demirci is a cultural manager, sociologist and interdisciplinary artist based in Barcelona. Her work focuses on cultural research, communication strategy and project management within creative and cultural industries.

Mission – Vision

Within the creative industries, the potential of ideas from individuals, organizations, and collectives is explored, and creative solutions are developed to connect them with their inclusive audiences. Outputs are analyzed to ensure sustainable results, while narratives are crafted around each cultural project’s process and purpose, translating the connection with target audiences into effective communication design.

Values

Inclusivity Ensuring every project reaches diverse and broad audiences, prioritizing accessibility.

Sustainability Generating long-term, measurable, and lasting results rather than short-term solutions.

Critical Thinking Questioning assumptions, analyzing complexities, and evaluating information objectively to develop well-informed, effective solutions.

Authenticity Preserving each project’s unique story and identity, developing solutions beyond conventions.

Transparency Providing clear communication by crafting narratives that articulate processes and purposes.

Trust & Integrity Creating secure, respectful spaces where creative expression flourishes without compromise.
